Payment

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Credit card charges will only be applied upon order shipment. Pending charges may immediately appear on your credit card statement as a mode of verifying your account. However, your card is only charged when your order is ready for shipment. In the event that you cancel an order or an item becomes unavailable, the pending amount will disappear or be reduced accordingly. (Please note that the time for pending charge removal or adjustment can be longer for debit cards.)

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped out of New York City via FedEx Ground.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

When your order leaves our fulfillment center you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.

Changes to Order

Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been placed and submitted. In situations where you may have entered the wrong address, shipping method, or there is a product discrepancy, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at souk@inigoelizalderugs.com and we’ll do our best to help. Before submitting your order, please carefully review all cart items, payment, and shipping details.

Taxes

We only charge sales tax to residents living in New York (8.875%).

Shipping Destination

Our online “Shop the Souk” section of the website currently only ships within the contiguous United States.  Please contact us at souk@inigoelizalderugs.com for international rates.

Failed Delivery

In the case where UPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Inigo Elizalde Rugs is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. In addition to this, Inigo Elizalde Rugs is not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not completely happy, you may return it to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is returned complete and in original condition.

Any return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.

Items received that do not meet these standards will be sent back to the customer.
